Welcome to “Southbury Driving Academy” located in beautiful Southbury Commons in the Heart of Southbury Connecticut and “Waterbury Driver Education Program” located in the heart of Waterbury, right across the street from Waterbury Arts Magnet School and the Palace Theater. Family owned and operated by Greg Burrus Sr. We have over 15 years of experience teaching driver education and are well known for our honesty and integrity. Our schools are unique and offer a flexible classroom program (driver instruction). Off-site testing is also available for those that are eligible!

We service the area towns of Washington, Roxbury, Bridgewater, Bethlehem, Woodbury, Middlebury, Southbury, Newtown, Sandy Hook, Waterbury, Prospect, Naugatuck, Torrington, and Oxford and many other surrounding towns. We specialize in teaching easy-to-learn parking maneuvers, ABS skid control, basic vehicle maintenance, drug and alcohol awareness and all-weather vehicle control. All student-driving vehicles are equipped with Anti-Lock Brakes, passenger side brake for use by instructor, are fun to drive, and are inspected monthly by the State of CT.
